Cheryl Murphy, Psychic Medium – Terms & Conditions & Membership Agreement

By enrolling in one of Cheryl’s membership programs, you (“Member”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement governs your participation in all membership sessions, programs, services, and community spaces facilitated by Cheryl Murphy, Psychic Medium, and her authorized team.

1. Nature of the Program

Cheryl’s memberships are a spiritual, educational, and wellness-based community. All teachings, meditations, healings, and discussions are intended for personal growth, spiritual development, and energetic support only.

The Healing Prayer Circle does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions, nor does it replace licensed medical or mental health care.

2. Recording & Media Consent

By participating in Chery’s memberships, you understand and agree that:

  1. All sessions may be recorded, including audio, video, and chat.
  2. Portions of recordings may be used for educational, promotional, or archival purposes at the discretion of Cheryl Murphy.
  3. If you choose to share verbally or appear on video, you consent to being included in any recordings.
  4. You may turn off your camera or change your screen name if you prefer not to be visible.

Your participation in any live or recorded session constitutes full consent to be recorded.

3. Conduct & Community Guidelines

To maintain the safety and integrity of our sacred space, you agree to:

  1. Treat all members with kindness, respect, and confidentiality.
  2. Avoid sharing any private information, stories, or identities of other participants outside the group.
  3. Not engage in harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior.
  4. Honor the energetics of the space by acting with compassion and integrity.

Violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

4. Membership Billing & Auto-Renewal

  1. Your membership is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual).
  2. Your membership will auto-renew on the same schedule unless you cancel.
  3. No refunds are offered for membership payments, including partial periods, unused time, or failure to attend sessions.
  4. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
  5. If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of the current paid period.

6. Cancellations, Changes & Modifications

Cheryl Murphy reserves the right to:

  1. Modify session times, offerings, or content
  2. Change or upgrade the structure of the membership
  3. Pause or reschedule sessions as needed

All changes will be communicated to members with reasonable notice.

7. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

By participating, you agree that:

  1. You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and interpretations.
  2. You release Cheryl Murphy, her team, and associated facilitators from all liability relating to your participation.
  3. You understand that spiritual and energetic practices vary in effect and are not guaranteed outcomes.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All meditations, teachings, recordings, PDFs, and materials provided inside the membership are the exclusive property of Cheryl Murphy.

Members may not:

  1. Share recordings or materials publicly
  2. Reproduce, distribute, or resell HPC content
  3. Teach or repurpose HPC content as their own
